Children's International Bookshop in Brussels

Our site navigation is not very sophisticated (so far) and it doesn't have automated algorithms to push you do anything, welcome to Bimbi Books, the online window of the children's multilingual bookshop in Brussels.

We have a basic "search" function that you can use: there you can input keywords (in English) by theme (imagination, diversity, adventure, baby, girl power, vehicles, music, friendship...) there is a whole list connected to the titles to help you narrow down titles. Use your imagination for those words, it is not a closed list, it grows continuously.

You can also use author name or publisher to search.

We don't offer a selection by age in the search, it is too limiting and too subjective (and we don't have a good way to put that in yet, it may change in the future). We are also working in adding pictures for all the books (real pictures) and remember, this catalog is the online window of the bookshop stock, so it is possible that at times it is not perfectly synchronised, but it also means that there are not millions of titles here, it is not the objective, it never was. Stay with us and you will discover wonderful children's books.

You can filter by language and you have an option to filter our favorites of the moment. If you use the keyword "coupdecoeur" (altogether) you will be served books that we have for one reason or the other at some point, decided these were favorites.
